Built by a Contractor, for Contractors
Before NorthPoint ever delivered a dumpster, our family spent 25 years on the other side of the job site — running equipment, managing crews, and knowing firsthand what actually slows a project down.
25 Years Before Our First Delivery
NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals launched in 2024, but the family behind it didn't start there — we'd already spent 25 years in the construction industry, on job sites across New Hampshire, before we ever rented out our first container. That's not a marketing detail. It's the reason this company exists in the first place.
When you've spent that many years on the other side of the delivery — waiting on equipment, working around a container placed in the wrong spot, dealing with a rental company that didn't understand the actual job — you learn exactly what a contractor needs and exactly where most of that experience falls short. We started NorthPoint to fix that, not to guess at it.
Starting This for the Next Generation
NorthPoint isn't a side project — it's a family business we're building with the next generation in mind. Our youngest son, Caiden, is being groomed to eventually run this division himself, learning the operation from the ground up rather than stepping into it cold. When you read one of our blog posts, that's genuinely him behind it, not a placeholder byline.
That long-term view shapes how we run things day to day: we're not optimizing for a quick exit, we're building something meant to last across generations of the same family, serving the same New Hampshire contractors and homeowners for years to come.
Reliable, Fast, Honest — In That Order
Twenty-five years in this industry taught us where rental companies typically fall short, and it's rarely the equipment itself. It's reliability — showing up when you said you would. It's speed — same-day and next-day delivery that actually holds up, not just a slogan. And it's honesty — real pricing, real weight allowances, no surprise fees buried in the fine print.
Those three things are the actual foundation of this business, not a marketing checklist. We built our driveway-protection standard, our hook-truck fleet, and our pricing structure around them directly.
Where We're Headed
We see real synergy in bringing everything a contractor needs under one family of companies, rather than making you coordinate between separate vendors for every piece of a job:
- Equipment Rentals — already live through our sister company, NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, renting contractor-grade equipment from five NH locations.
- Dumpster Rentals — this company, launched in 2024, now serving six locations across central New Hampshire.
- Porta Potty Rentals — the next piece of the vision. We intend to bring portable sanitation rentals to job sites throughout NH as we continue to grow, rounding out a single family of companies that can support a contractor's entire site setup.
That's the plan — not overnight, and not all three at once, but built deliberately the same way the rest of this business has been: one solid piece at a time, backed by people who've actually worked the job site, not just rented equipment to one.

NorthPoint Equipment Rentals
Our sister company rents contractor-grade equipment — excavators, skid steers, aerial lifts, and land-clearing equipment — from five NH locations, four of which share an address with a NorthPoint Dumpster Rentals location (Ashland, Tilton, Hooksett, and Rumney). See northpointrentals.com for their full fleet, or check our shared NorthPoint Rewards program, which tracks combined spend across both brands.
